St George Mill

 

The St George Mill, as its known to the locals, dates back to 1904 and is an iconic red structure that sits at the foot of the falls at St George Gorge. The mill ceased operation in 2003.

It has recently undergone significant improvements to preserve the structure which has become a popular tourist spot. The Mill is in Eastern Charlotte and I can just picture how pretty this location is in the Autumn!
